Prairie Farms is proud to sponsor the Quick Bix, a two-mile fun run or walk up the famous Brady Street hill. It starts at the same time and place as the seven-mile Bix 7. You decide race morning which route you want to take. The Quick Bix is a fun and festive way to do the Bix, without the other hill. The course is lined with live bands and entertainment. Everyone will be timed using the Chrono Track Timing System, sponsored by Prairie Farms. Prairie Farms Quick Bix runners receive access to the Genesis Sports Medicine online training program, four free Bix @ 6 training runs on a closed course with hydration support, official race t-shirt, entry into the Walmart post-race party and your name printed in Sunday’s Quad-City Times digital and print newspaper.

Run the Virtual Quad-City Times Bix
The virtual Bix race allows you to run your race at a time and location that works best for you. This year’s official Virtual Race week is Saturday July 20th – noon Saturday, July 27th.
- Register online Your official race t-shirt will be mailed after July 30 to the address you provided in registration.
- Run or walk between the dates of Saturday, July 20th – Saturday, July 27th, 2024 at noon.
- Official race t-shirt will be mailed to the address you provided after July 30th.
- Want to switch to the In-person event? No problem! Registered participants can switch race events (Virtual to In-Person back again) as many times as you’d like without fees through June 30th.
